One for Hope is a non-profit project which aims at helping homeless people in the region of Gainesville, FL. It is organized by a group of student from University of Florida College of Journalism and Mass Communication.

 

We aim at raising the awareness of people about the homeless individuals around them. One for Hope project is all about giving away. One means “One Dollar”, which also means with just the least help you could offer something that might save someone else’s day. By donating just one dollar, we could accumulate enough power and strength to help the homeless people out of your generosity.

 

We are also determined to cooperate with local administrations to actually help out those in need. With just one dollar, we might make a difference for someone who is on the way chasing their dreams.
